On January 24 (ie the 3rd of the Lunar New Year 2023), the police of Sa Pa town (Lao Cai province) said that they had urgently arrested the subject Trương Ngọc Hà Tuấn (nickname: Tuan Saker, born in 1985, 38 years old, residing in Mai Dich ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi) for illegal possession of narcotics.
