Everton striker Richarlison mocks Liverpool again after their heartbreaking defeat to Real Madrid in the Champions League final.
Richarlison posted a mocking photo of himself driving a bus to suggest he was picking up Liverpool fans who were stuck in traffic before the Champions League final.
Everton are rivals in the same city as Liverpool. Earlier, Richarlison criticized Jamie Carragher and mocked Liverpool’s failure to not win the Premier League.
“Jamie Carragher please wash your mouth before talking about me. Everton and I have no respect for you,” Richarlison tweeted about Jamie Carragher.
The 25-year-old shared a GIF of Thierry Henry smirking as Liverpool lost to Man City in this season’s Premier League title race.
Manchester United legend Gary Neville also raved about Liverpool’s defeat. Gary Neville tweeted: “It’s really happy tonight if you’re a Man United fan! I’m so happy!”.
Vinicius Junior scored the only goal of the final to help Real Madrid win the Champions League for the 14th time. Carlo Ancelotti’s side ended the 2021/22 season with the La Liga and Champions League titles.
Speaking after the loss of his old team, Steven Gerrard affirmed that Liverpool will take revenge. On BT Sport, Gerrard said: “I don’t think Liverpool did anything wrong with 24 shots. Ancelotti has his tactics tonight. Liverpool will recover. They will try for everything next season.”
