A wife gave her husband a supercar worth $480,000 as a reward for taking care of her while she was pregnant.
Anes Ayuni Osman (19 years old, living in Kelantan state, Malaysia) gave her husband, Weldan Zulkefli (20 years old), a Lamborghini Huracan Evo, before entering a 100-day postnatal confinement period, according to The Independent.
In a video shared on social media on March 16, Mrs. Osman blindfolded and led her husband into the car dealership to surprise him with a blue supercar wrapped in a giant red bow. Mr. Zulkefli looked shocked and hugged his wife to thank her for the special gift.
The couple is both businessmen. They got married in February 2021.
“Blessings continue to come to us, since our marriage. He took good care of me, especially during my pregnancy. To be grateful for his sacrifice, I gave this Lamborghini because I wanted my husband to continue to accompany me during my postpartum confinement,” Ms. Osman said.
The pregnant mother is expected to give birth to her first child at the end of March. She wants to buy a gift soon because she won’t be able to go out for three months after giving birth.
“Mothers know how painful a cesarean section can be, so I want my husband to take care of me more. My husband is also used to sleeping late due to his job,” added Ms. Osman.
Some netizens have humorously commented that if the husband feels tired, he can look at the new supercar to comfort himself.
