According to the Manchester Evening News, Paul Pogba will decide to leave Manchester United after his contract expires.
The 29-year-old star’s contract with Manchester United has only 3 months remaining. However, the two sides have not yet found a common solution to extending the contract. Juventus and PSG are interested in this player.
However, not every club is willing to pay a salary of up to 15 million pounds a year like Manchester United. For example, Juventus only offers £ 8 million / year. Of course, Pogba did not accept this offer. It is reported that PSG also submitted an offer but less than the final price that Manchester United convinced Pogba.
Despite that, the Manchester Evening News still reports that Pogba will decide to leave Manchester United after his contract expires. They even emphasized that the Red Devils were preparing for the departure of the French player.
“Manchester United will be looking for at least one new midfielder to replace Pogba. Aurélien Tchouaméni – currently playing for AS Monaco will be one of MU’s targets.”
Last week, Pogba remained calm when talking about his future but still could not hide his disappointment: “The season is not over yet, but we have no more titles to look forward to. I want to win titles, to fight for something. But in recent years we have not won any titles. So sad”.
“There were difficult moments at Manchester United and I needed time to rest and recharge.”
