A horrifying incident in Vietnam when a young man was brutally slashed and cut off his hand while doing his hair in a barber shop.
Accordingly, the young man was suddenly attacked by a hooded murderer carrying a weapon like a long knife. The young man unintentionally raised hands to cover his head, but a hand was cut off. The horrifying incident happened in Thanh Hoa province, central Vietnam.
The video of the above horrible incident was recorded by the barbershop’s camera (CCTV) and attracted the attention of Vietnamese netizens.
The incident was determined to have occurred at 11:30 am, July 6 in Quang Thinh ward (Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province, central Vietnam). After slashing the victim’s arm, the suspect left the scene. The victim was taken to the hospital.
The suspect later surrendered. His identity has not yet been revealed. It is known that he and the victim have a close relationship.
The case is being investigated by the police.
